Service Description
This is a guided practice session. I’ll lead you through specific breath, posture, and movement techniques, offer clear cues, and help you build a short, sustainable routine for home. Important: This session is educational and not a medical, psychological, or “healing/therapy” service. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions. Please consult licensed providers for medical or mental-health concerns. What to Expect Brief check-in on goals and comfort level Guided breath, alignment, and simple movement sequences Real-time coaching and supportive adjustments (verbal/visual) A 3–5 exercise micro-routine to practice at home (2–10 minutes total) Safety & Boundaries You’re always in charge of your pace. You may pause or skip any exercise. No sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, or breath distress, stop and rest immediately. If red-flag symptoms or medical questions arise, we’ll pause and refer to a licensed professional.
