If you’re new to cultivation and want clear guidance, this mentorship is your on-ramp. We’ll keep it simple, safe, and consistent. You’ll learn what Qi, Jing, and Shen actually mean in practice, get a gentle introduction to the Microcosmic Orbit, and receive a personalized routine you can keep—even on busy days. This is a guided practice container: I lead you through exercises, refine your technique, and help you build momentum. What’s included Weekly 1-on-1 guidance (60–75 min): Clear, supportive instruction and real-time adjustments. Daily Micro-Routine: 3–10 minutes of targeted practice (breath, posture, and simple flow) so you stay consistent. Temple Access (group classes): Join daily live sessions and replays to strengthen rhythm and community. Text/Voice check-ins (Mon–Fri): Light support for quick questions between sessions. Monthly Progress Scan: Track your wins, refine your form, and adjust your plan. Reading Path & Study Notes: Curated beginner readings with exactly what to focus on. What you’ll learn (beginner-friendly) Qi, Jing, Shen—made clear: Jing (essence): how lifestyle, rest, and gentle standing work protect your “battery.” Qi (vital energy): how breath, alignment, and relaxed movement circulate power. Shen (spirit/awareness): how stillness and attention settle the mind and brighten presence. Foundations that matter: posture, diaphragmatic breath, pelvic floor awareness, and safe pacing. Microcosmic Orbit (intro level): understanding the Governing & Conception Vessels, how to sense and guide flow without strain, and the three golden rules: relax, smile, do less than you think. Practice design: how to stack micro-sets, keep a streak, and grow from 3 minutes to 10+ minutes smoothly.
